Oops, I forgot to put this up yesterday, mostly because I was running a fever and had to go and shiver under a duvet for a bit.

It seems like every time I write here I'm complaining about some sort of ailment. Could this mean that I am not the titan of healthy living I've always though myself to be? Or could it mean I'm just a whining hypochondriac who simpers under the duvet for a week at the slightest sign of a sniffle? No - I am clearly the subject of a protracted viral attack by agent or agents unknown. It is the only explanation.

I hope you like the valentine's day card. Steve informs me that from a scientific point of view this card will guarantee what he describes as 'muchos smoochas'.
